You can request withdrawals anytime. However, our terms require that you meet a minimum withdrawal amount (usually Rp 50,000) and that your account passes identity verification. Withdrawals via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS typically arrive within 24 hours; bank transfers may take 2–3 business days.

Our terms define how to file a dispute. Contact support with your bet ID and explain why you believe the outcome was wrong. We investigate within 5–10 business days. Our decision is final once investigation closes, unless you discover evidence of system error.
